Outside the High Court in Manchester protesters against Chorley Borough Council's decision to evict the Romany Gypsy Linfoot family from land they own in the town.
Tim Scott met with the Linfoot family, who will defend their right to live on greenbelt land in court.

A Romany gypsy family from Chorley are due in court over their local council's attempt to evict them. The Linfoot family own their land, but don't have permission to live on it. The Government had quashed a previous council attempt to evict them.
