Blackburn Rovers will begin their search for a new manager after Michael Appleton was sacked yesterday.
The former Preston midfielder spent just two months in charge and managed 15 games at the helm at Ewood Park.

Michael Appleton moved to Ewood Park in the New Year after only two months in charge of Blackpool.
A statement on the club's official website reads: "Blackburn Rovers FC can confirm that Michael Appleton has been relieved of his duties as manager along with assistant manager Ashley Westwood, first team coach Darren Moore and head of senior recruitment Luke Dowling."
