A festival to commemorate the life of the murdered Liverpool teenager Anthony Walker's been held in the city today. It was organised by the foundation set up in his name to combat racism and bring people together.
The Liverpool charity the Anthony Walker Foundation is staging a day of events in memory of the murdered teenager.
Anthony died after a racially motivated attack near his home in Huyton in 2005.
The organisation was set up to promote equality and diversity through education, sport and cultural events.
This year's event will be opened by Anthony's mother Dr Gee Walker.
The annual festival is in its 8th year and is being held at the newly formed Toxteth Fire Fit Hub, a state of the art youth centre.
