The parents of a Wigan teenager who died seven years ago are speaking at a special conference at Lancashire police headquarters highlighting the issue of domestic abuse in teenaged relationships.

Carly Fairhurst, who was nineteen, died in 2006.

Her partner was jailed for her manslaughter.
