The parents of a 10 year old boy from Lancashire who died after an asthma attack say they are determined to prove more could have been done to save his life.
Harry Cuming from Tarleton died at Royal Preston Hospital two years ago.
An inquest cleared medical staff of any blame but his parents insist that ''ignorance'' about asthma affected the care he received.
Harry's family say the inquest raised questions over whether there were failures in the standard of care both in the weeks leading up to his death and on the night itself.
They are now preparing to take legal action.
