The violin that was played as the Titanic sank in 1912 will be auctioned off tomorrow.

It was played by Wallace Hartley from Colne in Lancashire who was the band leader. He sadly died along with 1500 others as the ship went down.

It went on public display yesterday and is expected to fetch in excess of £300,000 which makes it the most expensive piece of memorabilia from the doomed vessel.
