Police: is missing man in London?

Police searching for a man who has been missing from his home in Rochdale for two weeks are investigating whether he could have travelled to London.

Agron Metalia, aged 30, was last seen by his wife leaving his home address on Dewhurst Road, Rochdale at 1pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.

Inspector Kate Atton, based in Rochdale, said: “Agron’s family are desperately worried about him as he has been missing for quite a long time and this behaviour is completely out of the ordinary.

“Agron has lived in Croyden and may have returned to the London area, but there is a chance that he is still in Greater Manchester somewhere.

“His family have a grave concern for his physical and mental well-being and would ask him or anyone who knows where he is to contact us as soon as possible.”
