Liverpool Marine prepares for Invictus Games

Father of two Andy Grant was on a routine foot patrol in 2009 when a roadside bomb exploded.

The Marine from Liverpool turned to sport after losing his leg fighting in Afghanistan.

He is now a member of the British Armed Forces Team preparing for the Invictus Games next month.

The competition will see 14 nations take part in the first ever para-sport event for wounded and injured service personnel.

Andy came into the studio and Daniel Hewitt began by asking him how he got involved in the Games.
