24-year-old Rory Taylor from Heswall made it through to the last three hopefuls of the ITV's talent show "Superstar" yesterday, competing for the lead role in Jesus Christ Superstar.

A finalist in Andrew Lloyd Webber's new talent show has thanked people in Wirral and Merseyside for their support.
24-year-old Rory Taylor from Heswall made it through to the last three hopefuls of the ITV's talent show "Superstar" yesterday, competing for the lead role in Jesus Christ Superstar.
He said: "I just want to say thank you to everyone at home who has voted and really supported me as it means an awful lot to me.
"I've been playing and grafting away over there for so long and I'm sure I've seen many of you all before, but I just want to say a massive thank you."
