Mum of boy killed by family dog to appear in Parliament

A mother whose son was mauled to death by a family dog is due to give evidence in Parliament today.

Angela McGlynn is campaigning for tougher laws on dangerous dogs.

It is after her son John Paul Massey was killed by his uncle's dog in 2009.

She is appearing in front of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee as it starts an inquiry into dog control and welfare.
