Two very special gentlemen in their eighties were honoured today with a special sail past on the Mersey - it involved a flotilla of merchant and defence ships.
The pair are both survivors from the longest battle of the Second World War, the Battle of the Atlantic, which marks its 70th anniversary with several days of celebrations in Liverpool next month. Our correspondent Gregg Easteal reports.
