TV drama Crown Court will return to our screens tomorrow night after a gap of thirty years. But unlike the original series, viewers and not the jury will decide the verdict.
A courtroom in Liverpool was used to film this modern take on an old favourite.
And sitting in that courtroom is Judge Rinder.
He's been speaking to our correspondent Andy Bonner.
A team of cancer survivors and celebrities including Judge Rinder and Anthea Turner have set off on a 120 mile, 5-day canoe challenge from Chester to Liverpool to raise funds for Stand Up To Cancer.
David Sing, a cancer survivor from Merseyside, took part in the challenge.
ITV's new programme Judge Rinder will see real life cases adjudicated over in a studio courtroom recorded right here in our ITV studios in Media City.
It's a similar format to America's popular Judge Judy TV show.
