The Beach Kiosk in Fleetwood has launched a “Cod Army” ice cream to mark the town's footballers securing their place in the Sky Bet League Two play offs.

Midfielder Matty Blair, who scored on Saturday, took time out to enjoy a cone ahead of next weekend's first leg tie at York City.

Bury Chairman provides coaches for travelling fans

Bury's new chairman, property developer Stewart Day, has laid on free travel for tonight's trip to Norwich in the Capital One Cup.

They've laid on 15 coaches for the 400 mile round trip. The League Two club almost went out of business earlier this year but the new chairman hopes to change fortunes.
