A coroner has described an accident in which a teenage hang-glider enthusiast died as, "tragic". Lois Preston, who was from Warrington, was just sixteen when she died.
Her inquest heard that for some reason she failed to take evasive action when she got into difficulties and crashed at an airfield in Derbyshire.
