Three children have died and two adults have been injured following a crash on the M6 in Staffordshire.
'Crews arrived to find a single vehicle overturned. Three children suffered serious injuries. Unfortunately, nothing could be done to save the two boys and one girl.
Two adult women travelling in the car, both received emergency treatment at the scene.'
