A woman has been charged over the death of her four-month-old son after a television fell on top of him.
Kian McMillan was taken to hospital with head injuries following the incident at his home in Scarlett Street, Burnley, on December 6 last year.
Natalie McMillan, 24, now of Bradford, West Yorkshire, has been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence and child cruelty.
Edward Hanratty, 40, also from Bradford, is accused of child cruelty.
