Former rugby league star Andy Johnson is hoping to find a cure for his son Jack.
The 4 year old has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a terminal muscle wasting condition.
The former Wigan player has started a campaign called Join Jack, to raise awareness and money to find a cure.
