Man arrested after Liverpool shooting
Merseyside Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting in Toxteth on Saturday. A 20-year-old man from Toxeth is being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a firearm. He is currently in police custody and will be questioned by detectives later today.
The 18 year old was shot in the back at the junction of Kingsley and Eversley road at just before 1am on Sunday morning. He's critically ill in hospital. Click here for more.
