Former Sun editor Kelvin MacKenzie has instructed solicitors to demand an "apology and recompense" from South Yorkshire Police over the newspaper's discredited reporting of the Hillsborough disaster. Mr MacKenzie says he was vilified but he claims the police got off 'scot free'.
