Decision reserved in Stapleton sentence plea
The killer of Indian student Anuj Bidve will have an appeal to have his sentence reduced heard at a later date.
Kiaran Stapleton shot Anuj dead on Boxing Day last year in Salford.
Today a judge reserved a decision on an appeal to reduce his life sentence, of which Stapleton must serve a minimum of 30 years, to another date to be decided.
