The family of a soldier from Manchester who was killed in Iraq have won the right to sue the Government over his death.
Private Lee Ellis from Wythenshawe died in 2006 when his Snatch Land Rover was blown up.
His relatives say he should have been in an armoured vehicle and been given other equipment which could have saved his life.
Now his sister Karla will pursue a claim for negligence against the Ministry of Defence to support his ten year old daughter
