Police are appealing for information after a 13-year-old girl has gone missing from home in Diggle in Oldham.
Rebecca Laithwaite was last seen at around 4.45pm last night at a bus stop on Huddersfield Road, near to her home.
It is believed Rebecca got on the number 184 bus, which goes via Oldham to Manchester city centre. She has not been missing before.
Detective Sergeant Mark McDowal: “Rebecca’s family are understandably fraught with worry as their daughter has not returned home, which is out of character for her.
“We are appealing to anyone that has seen or spoken to Rebecca since late yesterday afternoon to get in touch with us and tell us where.
