The Rugby League World Cup trophy is visiting a school in Widnes as part of a drive to get children involved in the sport.

The last time Great Britain won was in 1972, George Nicholls, a former Widnes player, was in that winning team. Geroge will be giving a talk at Our Lady's of Perpetual Succour Primary School, along with two current Widnes Vikings players who'll be taking part in the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.

The final will be held in the North West at Old Trafford.
