SAS sniper first day of freedom
An SAS sniper from Cheshire is enjoying his first day of freedom after being released from jail.
Yesterday, an appeal court supended Sergeant Danny Nightingale's original 18 month prison sentence for illegally possessing a gun and ammunition.
But now he wants to quash his conviction too.
