Water & Sewerage Authority speaks after death of employee in Peel
Bill Henderson from the Water and Sewerage Authority has said the death of one of their workers was a tragic accident that had left many people heartbroken.
52-year-old Lawrence Gell, also known as “Lude” Gell, was killed whilst excavating to replace a water supply pipe in Peel.
