Preston North End manager refunds fans' petrol costs after abandoned game
Preston North End manager, Graham Westley reportedly refunded petrol costs to disappointed fans, after the Johnstone's Paint Trophy match against Bury was cancelled an hour before kick-off because of a waterlogged pitch.
The minibus full of Preston supporters came across Westley at a petrol station on the journey back home. The former non-league striker reportedly bought the fans a can of Coke and gave them £40 to cover fuel costs.
