Killer on the run
A hunt's under way for a convicted killer dubbed the Black Dog strangler.
Phillip Westwater was a patient at Ashworth Hospital in Merseyside when he strangled a fellow patient after becoming convinced his victim had turned into a black dog.
He's escaped from a secure hospital in Newcastle.
