First look at Liverpool Central Library restoration

Liverpool Central Library's £50 million restoration project is almost complete.

More than four million items will be returned ahead of its official opening in May.

The library is expected to attract up to one million people in its first year.

There will be free wifi, audio/visual, a cafe and a 24-hour book drop.
