Missing Blockbuster worker's body found in woodland
Police have confirmed that a body found in woodland on the Wirral was a local man who disappeared after being told he'd lost his job.
28-year-old John Ankers, who worked at the Blockbuster store in Birkenhead, disappeared on Sunday. His body was found in Arrowe Park yesterday.
A post-mortem examination is being carried out to establish the cause of death.
