An investigation is underway after reports one of James Bulger's killers may have been identified on Twitter.
It is claimed the image could possibly show a recent photo of Jon Venables, who was jailed along with Robert Thompson for murdering the toddler 20 years ago.
There is a worldwide ban on identifying them.
