Ding murder suspect due in court
A man is due in court today accused of the murder of a Manchester Metropolitan University lecturer and his family on the day of the Royal Wedding.
Manchester Metropolitan University lecturer Jifeng Ding, his wife Helen, and their two daughters Alice, 12, and 18-year-old Xing were stabbed to death at their home in Northampton in April 2011.
Anxiang Du was arrested in Morocco and was flown back to the UK yesterday.
He will appear in Northampton Magistrates' Court today.
