Manchester City player Courtney Meppen-Walter was driving at 56 miles per hour in a 30 zone before a crash that killed a brother and a sister, a court has heard.
Meppen-Walter is being sentenced after he admitted two counts of causing death by careless driving.
The 18-year-old had six penalty points on his driving licence when he crashed in Cheetham Hill.
