Sam Walker was hit and killed 10 years ago on Hardy Lane in Chorlton. He'd been out buying sweets with his mum and sister. Today would have been his 16th birthday.
Police are back out in the area and have parked a replica of the car that killed the 5 year old on the street in happened.
Officers hope it will jog people's memories and appeal to the driver to give himself up. A £20,000 reward has also been offered for information that leads to a conviction.

A £20,000 reward for information has been offered by police, ten years on from a hit-and-run which killed a five-year-old boy in Manchester.
