Residents near Walkden fire advised to close doors and windows

Burn injuries after Walkden fire

Police say two people received serious facial burns after a fire involving a pressure washer at a cleaning unit in Walkden. Two other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries. It's believed a stourage tanker containing fuel caught fire.
