A run down area in the children's hospice Zoe's Place has been transformed into a modern flat for the parents of poorly youngsters.
The space, based in an old convent, was said to resemble a prison cell.
But it has been completely refurbished and kitted out thanks to a group of workers not normally known for their generosity.
