The Liverpool comedian Jimmy Tarbuck is on police bail after he was questioned over an alleged sex attack in the seventies.
It's emerged he was arrested last month, but the news has only just been made public today.
The allegation involves a young boy and the alleged incident took place in North Yorkshire over 30 years ago.
