Liverpool John Lennon Airport is celebrating its 80th birthday.
Originally known as Speke Airport, then RAF Speke, Liverpool Airport added the name of the city's most famous son in 2002.
Jim Keight, who was present when the airport opened, cut the birthday cake today.
