A man will appear at court today charged with the murder of Salford mother of two Linzi Ashton.
Michael Cope of no fixed abode has also been charged with assault and rape.
25 year old Linzi was found dead at her home on Westbourne Road, Winton by relatives a month ago.
A post mortem concluded she died as a result of pressure to the neck and multiple injuries.
