Lancashire Police have charged a man with the murder of Frank Chivers, whose daughter Paige has been missing for seven years.
Frank Chivers died in hospital after being found collapsed at his home.
A Lancashire Police statement said:
Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service detectives investigating the death of Frank Chivers at Blackpool have charged a man with murder.
Sean Conlon, 43, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody to appear before Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on Monday
A 28 year old woman has also been charged with Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice. Carli Turner, of Camden Road, Blackpool, will appear before magistrates on Monday. Two other women, aged 32 and 43, arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, were released without charge.
