Wigan Warriors set off for Wembley this lunchtime ahead of Saturday's Tetley's Challenge Cup Final against Hull.
Hundreds of fans are expected at the DW Stadium to cheer them on their way.
The club's suggesting they arrive from 11.15am onwards.
There will be a segregated area on the West Stand side of the stadium from where fans will have the opportunity to wish the team well.
Head coach Shaun Wane said: "It would be great to see as many fans as possible at the Stadium on Thursday to give this group of players a massive send off for the Final.
"We had a great reception a couple of years ago before leaving for the Cup Final with what seemed like thousands of supporters there to wish us well.
"I would like to thank all of our fans for the way they have got behind us all season and look forward to seeing them all down at Wembley."
