In response to Rebecca Legofski from Oldham, who says the help she gets has just been cut by a third, a council spokesman said:
“Following a meeting with Ms Legowski on July 25 a new care plan was agreed with her on a slightly reduced basis
“If Ms Legowski feels this does not meet her needs we would ask her to get in touch with us.
“We have not been made aware of any complaint in relation to this new arrangement.”
