Merseyside Police has arrested a second man on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug following the death of 18-year-old girl in Liverpool.
Sophie Leigh Balmer died over the weekend after taking what's being called 'green ecstasy.'
Police arrested a 19 year old man from the Litherland area this morning, and 18 year old man was arrested last night and has been released on bail.
