Environment campaigners in Lancashire have launched a legal challenge to fracking across England.
The announcement against the controversial extraction of shale gas was made in Preston by Greenpeace and residents living close to potential sites.
The challenge is based on claims that fracking companies would be trespassing by drilling horizontally under people's homes.
