A 'drunk man' called 999 and asked to speak to Sir Alex Ferguson, according to the GMP North Facebook page.
The post from this morning claims the man, reported to be from Crumpsall, called 999 and asked to speak to the former manager after United's defeat in the Capital One Cup.
