A mother arrested after her baby daughter was mauled to death by a dog in Lancashire has been bailed.
She and her partner were held on suspicion of manslaughter after 11 month old Ava-Jayne Corless was killed Blackburn by a pit bull type breed. Both have been released pending further enquiries.
The death of 11-month-old Ava Jayne Marie Corless comes after a string of dog attacks in recent years.
