Male survivors of rape are being encouraged to come forward in a new campaign called "Breaking the Silence."
The government's providing half a million pounds in a new fund for counselling and support.
Duncan Craig, from the charity Survivors Manchester, has been working with TV soap Hollyoaks on its current storyline and the actor James Sutton who plays a rape victim. They explained why men are reluctant to come forward after an attack.
