Spray tan saves skin cancer sufferers life.

A woman who was diagnosed with skin cancer says a spray tan session may have saved her life.

Jenni Townsend, who's originally from Anfield in Liverpool, had been addicted to sun beds for 10 years..

Ironically it was while having a spray tan that an irregular mole was found near her ankle.

The mum of two, who now lives in Sandbach, Cheshire, says a dermatologist took one look and ordered a biopsy, which found that the mole was a stage one melanoma. Since then Jenni's had a number of operations and now wants to make other mums aware of the dangers of over- using sun beds.
