A woman from Merseyside is calling for the Prime Minister to intervene after finding out she was officially registered as a boy at birth and cannot change it.
Kim Walmsley says her 23 year marriage is now invalid, she's hoping to have the original record changed from 'boy' to 'girl'.
The current law will only allow an additional note to be added to the birth register.
