Triple amputee joins Second World War reenactment

A former soldier who lost both legs and an arm in Afghanistan is taking to a canoe to help recreate one of the most daring missions of the Second World War.

Andy Reid from St Helens will row 60 miles down a river in France as part of the Cockleshell Heros reinactment.

The raid targeted German ships at the port of Bordeaux.
