Nick Freeman's claims come after one of his firm's client Simon Martins appeared in court and pleaded guilty to causing the death of 82 year old Hyman Steinberg. Mr Freeman said Mr Steinberg was invisible to Martins, who has sent a text message just minutes before the collision.
Martins pleaded guilty to causing Rabbi Mr Steinberg's death by careless driving. But Mr Freeman claims the Rabbi could've been saved by a reflective vest and has called on the goverment to 'require' pedestrians to 'light up' at night.
